Life’s journey often calls us to pause and reflect on our relationship with God. At times, we need to rededicate ourselves, renewing our commitment to walk faithfully with Him.

Life often brings challenges that test our endurance and faith. In these times, it can be tempting to give up or lose heart. Yet the Bible encourages us to persevere, especially through prayer.

Jesus said in John 14:15, “If you love me, keep my commands.” Obedience is a tangible expression of our love for God.

In John 10:27, Jesus says, “My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.” This beautiful promise assures us that if we belong to Him, we have the privilege of hearing His voice clearly.

The condition of our heart is a powerful indicator of our relationship with Jesus. In Proverbs 4:23, we are reminded, “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” 

The Apostle Paul urges us in 1 Corinthians 16:13, “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.”

As you celebrate Jesus this weekend, I pray that you release all the things of this world that attempt to rob you of the joy and victory we have in Christ Jesus.

In the hymn Nothing But The Blood, Robert Lowry asks, “What can wash away my sin?” and the response given is, “Nothing but the blood of Jesus.”

Trust and obey, for there's no other way to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.

Because Jesus paid it all, we receive grace, mercy, and new life. Let us live with gratitude, fully trusting in His finished work and sharing this incredible gift with others.

In Deuteronomy 30:19, God calls us to “choose life so that you and your children may live.”

Jesus doesn’t leave room for excuses or exceptions. Forgiveness is not just a suggestion—it’s a command with eternal implications. If we refuse to forgive others, we cut ourselves off from the very grace we so desperately need.
